96 Tests PN: B112479

Components:

45x Ab-conjugated beads (S4P1 - Human Eotaxin-3 Ab-bead). PN: B112479A. One vial containing 100 µL of anti-Human Eotaxin-3 conjugated to AimPlex Bead S4P1.

25x Biotin-detection Ab (Human Eotaxin-3 Biotin-dAb). PN: B112479B. One vial containing 100 µL of biotinylated anti-Human Eotaxin-3.

Lyophilized Standard Mix-Human Group 7, Panel A, 8-Plex. PN: HG71008. One vial containing lyophilized recombinant Eotaxin-3, GCP-2, GROα, HCC-1, HCC-4, I-309, MCP-2, and MPIF-1. Note: If multiple analyte kits on the above target list are ordered as a panel, only one vial of standard mix is supplied for those analyte kits.

Application: Optimal antibody pair and antigen standard for assaying human CCL26/SCYA26/Eotaxin-3. Can be multiplexed with other analytes in Human Group 7.  To be used in conjunction with the AimPlex NR Basic Kit (PN: P100001) and a diluent kit. Refer to the AimPlex Multiplex Immunoassay User Manual and kit inserts for the assay procedure.

Storage:  2-8 C in the dark.

Important: Sodium azide forms explosive compounds with heavy metals. These products contain <0.05% (w/w) azide which with repeated contact with lead and copper commonly found in plumbing drains may result in the buildup of shock sensitive compounds. Dispose in accordance with regulations from your institute.

For Research Use Only.  Not for use in diagnostic procedures.

Description:

Chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 26 (CCL26) is a small cytokine belonging to the CC chemokine family that is also called Small Inducible Cytokine Subfamily A (Cys-Cys) 26 (SCYA26), Eotaxin-3, and Macrophage Inflammatory Protein 4-alpha (MIP-4-alpha). It is expressed by several tissues including heart, lung and ovary, and in endothelial cells that have been stimulated with the cytokine interleukin 4. CCL26 is chemotactic for eosinophils and basophils and elicits its effects by binding to the cell surface chemokine receptor CCR3. Diseases associated with CCL26 include esophagitis and heart tumor.
