96 Tests PN: A113266

Components:

45x Ab-conjugated beads (S4P2-human sICAM-3 Ab-bead). PN: A113266A. One vial containing 100 µL of anti-human sICAM-3 conjugated to AimPlex Bead S4P2.

25x Biotin-detection (human sICAM-3 Biotin-dAb). PN: A113266B. One vial containing 100 µL of biotinylated anti-human sICAM-3.

Lyophilized Standard Mix-Human Group 9 Panel A, 8-Plex. PN: HG9008A. One vial containing lyophilized recombinant human sFas, sICAM-3, sL-selectin, sP-selectin, sIL-1RI, sVEGFR1, sCD40, and sNCAM-1.  Note: If multiple analyte kits on the above target list are ordered as a panel, only one vial of standard mix is supplied for those analyte kits.

Application: Optimal antibody pair and antigen standard for assaying human Human ICAM-3/sCD50. Can be multiplexed with other analytes in Human Group 9.  To be used in conjunction with the AimPlex NR Basic Kit (PN: P100001) and a diluent kit. Refer to the AimPlex Multiplex Immunoassay User Manual and kit inserts for the assay procedure.

Storage:  2-8 C in the dark.

Important: Sodium azide forms explosive compounds with heavy metals. These products contain <0.05% (w/w) azide which with repeated contact with lead and copper commonly found in plumbing drains may result in the buildup of shock sensitive compounds. Dispose in accordance with regulations from your institute.

For Research Use Only.  Not for use in diagnostic procedures.

Description:

Intercellular adhesion molecule 3 (ICAM3) also known as CD50 (Cluster of Differentiation 50), is a member of the intercellular adhesion molecule (ICAM) family. All ICAM proteins are type I transmembrane glycoproteins, contain 2-9 immunoglobulin-like C2-type domains, and bind to the leukocyte adhesion LFA-1 protein. This protein is constitutively and abundantly expressed by all leucocytes and may be the most important ligand for LFA-1 in the initiation of the immune response. It functions not only as an adhesion molecule, but also as a potent signaling molecule.
