96 Tests PN: B213335

Components:

45x Ab-conjugated beads (S4P4 - Mouse sE-selectin Ab-bead). PN: A213203A. One vial containing 100 µL of anti-mouse sE-selectin conjugated to AimPlex Bead S4P4.

25x Biotin-detection Ab (Mouse sE-selectin Biotin-dAb). PN: B A213203B. One vial containing 100 µL of biotinylated anti-mouse sE-selectin.

Lyophilized Standard Mix - Mouse Group 5 Panel B, 10-Plex. PN: MG5010B. One vial containing lyophilized recombinant sCD27, sCD105, sIFNγR1, sTNFR1, sTNFRII, sTWEAK-R, sVEGFR1, sVEGFR2, sIL-1R1, and sRAGE.  Note: If multiple analyte kits on the above target list are ordered as a panel, only one vial of standard mix is supplied for those analyte kits.

Application: Optimal antibody pair and antigen standard for assaying human Mouse IFNγR1/sIFNγRa/sCD119. Can be multiplexed with other analytes in Mouse Group 5. To be used in conjunction with the AimPlex Mouse/Rat Basic Kit (PN: P200201) and a diluent kit. Refer to the AimPlex Multiplex Immunoassay User Manual and kit inserts for the assay procedure.

Storage: 2-8 C in the dark

Important: Sodium azide forms explosive compounds with heavy metals. These products contain <0.05% (w/w) azide which with repeated contact with lead and copper commonly found in plumbing drains may result in the buildup of shock sensitive compounds. Dispose in accordance with regulations from your institute.

For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.

Description:

Interferon gamma receptor 1 (IFNGR1) also known as CD119, encodes the ligand-binding chain (alpha) of the heterodimeric gamma interferon receptor, which is found on macrophages. Defects in IFNGR1 are a cause of mendelian susceptibility to mycobacterial disease, also known as familial disseminated atypical mycobacterial infection. Diseases associated with IFNGR1 include immunodeficiency 27a, mycobacteriosis and H. pylori infection.
