96 Tests PN: B213338

Components:

45x Ab-conjugated beads (S5P7 - Mouse IL-7Rα Ab-bead). PN: B213338A. One vial containing 100 µL of anti-mouse IL-7Rα conjugated to AimPlex Bead S5P7.

25x Biotin-detection Ab (Mouse IL-7Rα Biotin-dAb). PN: B213338B. One vial containing 100 µL of biotinylated anti-mouse IL-7Rα.

Lyophilized Standard Mix - Mouse Group 3 Panel B, 10-Plex. PN: MG3010B. One vial containing lyophilized recombinant mouse CTACK, CXCL16, LIX, MIP-2, MIP-3α, MCP-5, BAFF, IL-7Rα, RANKL and IL-2Rα.  Note: If multiple analyte kits on the above target list are ordered as a panel, only one vial of standard mix is supplied for those analyte kits

Application: Optimal antibody pair and antigen standard for assaying human Mouse IL-7R/IL-7Rα/sCD127. Can be multiplexed with other analytes in Mouse Group 3. To be used in conjunction with the AimPlex Mouse/Rat Basic Kit (PN: P200201) and a diluent kit. Refer to the AimPlex Multiplex Immunoassay User Manual and kit inserts for the assay procedure.

Storage:  2-8 C in the dark.

Important: Sodium azide forms explosive compounds with heavy metals. These products contain <0.05% (w/w) azide which with repeated contact with lead and copper commonly found in plumbing drains may result in the buildup of shock sensitive compounds. Dispose in accordance with regulations from your institute.

For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.

Description:

IL7R-α (Interleukin-7 receptor subunit alpha) also known as CD127 is a type I cytokine receptor and is a subunit of the functional Interleukin-7 receptor and Thymic Stromal Lymphopoietin (TSLP) receptors. The IL-7 receptor is found in B cells and T cells as well as the early blood-forming cells that give rise to them. The TSLP receptor is found in several types of immune cells, including B cells, T cells, monocytes, and dendritic cells. These cells identify foreign substances and defend the body against infection and disease.
