96 Tests PN: B411180

Components:

45x Ab-conjugated beads (S5P3 - NHP MCP-3 ab-bead). PN: B411180A. One vial containing 100 µL of anti-human MCP-3 conjugated to AimPlex Bead S5P3.

25x Biotin-detection Ab (NHP MCP-3 Biotin-dAb). PN: B411180B. One vial containing 100 µL of biotinylated anti-human MCP-3.

Lyophilized Standard Mix-NHP Group 1 Panel B. PN: HG10011. One vial containing lyophilized recombinant Eotaxin, IL-1β, IL-1RA, IL-8, IL-12p70, IL-22, IP-10, MCP-1, MCP-3, and RANTES. Note: If multiple analyte kits on the above target list are ordered as a panel, only one vial of standard mix is supplied for those analyte kits.

Application: Optimal antibody pair and antigen standard for assaying NHP CCL7/SCYA7/MCP-3. Can be multiplexed with other analytes in NHP Group 1. To be used in conjunction with the AimPlex NR Basic Kit (PN: P100001) and a diluent kit. Refer to the AimPlex Multiplex Immunoassay User Manual and kit inserts for the assay procedure.

Storage:  2-8 C in the dark.

Important: Sodium azide forms explosive compounds with heavy metals. These products contain <0.05% (w/w) azide which with repeated contact with lead and copper commonly found in plumbing drains may result in the buildup of shock sensitive compounds. Dispose in accordance with regulations from your institute.

For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.

Description:

CCL7, previously named MCP-3 is a member of the MCP subgroup of CC chemokines. It is produced by tumor cell lines and macrophages. CCL7 attracts neutrophils and monocytes. CCL7 participates in anti-inflammatory responses and can promote tumor progression, though there is research to suggest that it may hinder tumor proliferation under certain circumstances. Beyond cancer in adipose tissue, diseases correlated to the detection of CCL7 include demyelinating disease and nephrogenic systemic fibrosis.
