Lyophilized Standard Mix-Human Group 1 Panel A, 7-Plex.
96 & 32 Tests PN: NG10007. One vial containing lyophilized recombinant NHP IFNγ, IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-10, IL-17A, and TNFα. Note: If multiple analyte kits on the above target list are ordered as a panel, only one vial of standard mix is supplied for those analyte kits.
Application: Optimal antibody pair and antigen standard for assaying human IL-12p70. Can be multiplexed with other analytes in Human Group 1. To be used in conjunction with the AimPlex NR Basic Kit (96 Tests PN: P100001, 32 Tests PN: P100001T) and a diluent kit. Refer to the AimPlex Multiplex Immunoassay User Manual and kit inserts for the assay procedure.
Storage: 2-8 C in the dark.
Important: Sodium azide forms explosive compounds with heavy metals. These products contain <0.05% (w/w) azide which with repeated contact with lead and copper commonly found in plumbing drains may result in the buildup of shock sensitive compounds. Dispose in accordance with regulations from your institute.

Interleukin 12 has two subunits, IL-12p35 (Accession P29459) and IL-12p40 (Accession P29460) . Represented in its full name, IL-12p70 has a total molecular weight of 70kDa. IL-12 is a T cell stimulating factor and aids in naïve T cell differentiation into Th1 cells. It also mediates NK cells and CD8+ T cells. IL-12, by increasing production of IFN-γ which in turn increases production of IP-10 exerts anti-angiogenic properties. IL-23 is closely related to IL-12 in structure as it shares the p40 subunit. IL-12 is linked to autoimmune diseases such as psoriasis and inflammatory bowel disease though it may inhibit food allergy susceptibility. It also plays an integral role in the immunity against M. tuberculosis.
