45x Ab-conjugated beads (S4P9 - Mouse FGF-9 Ab-bead).PN: B211216A. One vial containing 100 µL of anti-mouse FGF-9 conjugated to AimPlex Bead S4P9.
25x Biotin-detection Ab (Mouse FGF-9 Biotin-dAb). PN: B211216B. One vial containing 100 µL of biotinylated anti-mouse FGF-9.
Lyophilized Standard Mix - Mouse Group 4 Panel A, 7-Plex. PN: MG4007A. One vial containing lyophilized recombinant FGF-1, FGF-2, FGF-9, HGF, IL-11, IL-20, and IL-33. Note: If multiple analyte kits on the above target list are ordered as a panel, only one vial of standard mix is supplied for those analyte kits.
Application: Optimal antibody pair and antigen standard for assaying human Mouse FGF-9/HBGF-9/GAF. Can be multiplexed with other analytes in Mouse Group 4. To be used in conjunction with the AimPlex Mouse/Rat Basic Kit (PN: P200201) and a diluent kit. Refer to the AimPlex Multiplex Immunoassay User Manual and kit inserts for the assay procedure.
Storage: 2-8 C in the dark.
Important: Sodium azide forms explosive compounds with heavy metals. These products contain <0.05% (w/w) azide which with repeated contact with lead and copper commonly found in plumbing drains may result in the buildup of shock sensitive compounds. Dispose in accordance with regulations from your institute.

Fibroblast growth factor 9 (FGF-9, or Glia-activating factor (GAF), possess broad mitogenic and cell survival activities, and are involved in a variety of biological processes, including embryonic development, cell growth, morphogenesis, tissue repair, tumor growth and invasion. This protein was isolated as a secreted factor that exhibits a growth-stimulating effect on cultured glial cells. In nervous system, this protein is produced mainly by neurons and may be important for glial cell development. Expression of the mouse homolog of this gene was found to be dependent on Sonic hedgehog signaling. Mice lacking the homolog gene displayed a male-to-female sex reversal phenotype, which suggested a role in testicular embryogenesis. Diseases associated with FGF9 include multiple synostoses syndrome 3 and synovial chondromatosis.
