45x Ab-conjugated beads (S4P3 - Mouse IL-3 Ab-bead). PN: A211158A. One vial containing 100 µL of anti-mouse IL-3 conjugated to AimPlex Bead S4P3.
25x Biotin-detection Ab (Mouse IL-3 Biotin-dAb). PN: A211158B. One vial containing 100 µL of biotinylated anti-mouse IL-3.
Lyophilized Standard Mix - Mouse Group 2 Panel A, 10-Plex. PN: MG2009A. One vial containing lyophilized recombinant mouse IL-1β, IL-3, IL-5, IL-7, IL-12/IL-23p40, IL-13, IL-15, IL-17F, IL-21, and IL-22. Note: If multiple analyte kits on the above target list are ordered as a panel, only one vial of standard mix is supplied for those analyte kits.
Application: Optimal antibody pair and antigen standard for assaying human Mouse IL-3. Can be multiplexed with other analytes in Mouse Group 2. To be used in conjunction with the AimPlex Mouse/Rat Basic Kit (PN: P200201) and a diluent kit. Refer to the AimPlex Multiplex Immunoassay User Manual and kit inserts for the assay procedure.
Storage: 2-8 C in the dark.
Important: Sodium azide forms explosive compounds with heavy metals. These products contain <0.05% (w/w) azide which with repeated contact with lead and copper commonly found in plumbing drains may result in the buildup of shock sensitive compounds. Dispose in accordance with regulations from your institute.
For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.

Interleukin 3 (Accession P01586) is a member of the interleukin family. It is produced by activated T Cells, macrophages, and mast cells. IL-3 is integral in the proliferation of hematopoietic cells and plays a role in the differentiation of other cells of myeloid lineage with conjunction of EPO, GM-CSF, and IL-6. IL-3 expression bridges innate and adaptive immunity pathways. IL-3 may induce IL-2 and provides similar functions as to those of IL-5 and GM-CSF. It shows It has been shown to participate in stress responses and schizophrenia.
