96 Tests PN: B212308

Components:

45x Ab-conjugated beads (S4P4 - Mouse MIP-2 Ab-bead). PN: B212308A. One vial containing 100 µL of anti-mouse MIP-2 conjugated to AimPlex Bead S4P4.

25x Biotin-detection Ab (Mouse MIP-2 Biotin-dAb). PN: B212308B. One vial containing 100 µL of biotinylated anti-mouse MIP-2.

Lyophilized Standard Mix - Mouse Group 3 Panel B, 10-Plex. PN: MG3010B. One vial containing lyophilized recombinant mouse CTACK, CXCL16, LIX, MIP-2, MIP-3α, MCP-5, BAFF, IL-7Rα, RANKL and IL-2Rα.  Note: If multiple analyte kits on the above target list are ordered as a panel, only one vial of standard mix is supplied for those analyte kits.

Application: Optimal antibody pair and antigen standard for assaying human Mouse CXCL2/Gro-β/MIP-2. Can be multiplexed with other analytes in Mouse Group 3. To be used in conjunction with the AimPlex Mouse/Rat Basic Kit (PN: P200201) and a diluent kit. Refer to the AimPlex Multiplex Immunoassay User Manual and kit inserts for the assay procedure.

Storage:  2-8 C in the dark.

Important: Sodium azide forms explosive compounds with heavy metals. These products contain <0.05% (w/w) azide which with repeated contact with lead and copper commonly found in plumbing drains may result in the buildup of shock sensitive compounds. Dispose in accordance with regulations from your institute.

For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.

Description:

CXCL2 (Chemokine C-X-C motif ligand 2) is a small cytokine belonging to the CXC chemokine family that is also called macrophage inflammatory protein 2-alpha (MIP2-alpha), Growth-regulated protein beta (Gro-beta) and Gro oncogene-2 (Gro-2). CXCL2 is 90% identical in amino acid sequence as a related chemokine, CXCL1. This chemokine is secreted by monocytes and macrophages and is chemotactic for polymorphonuclear leukocytes and hematopoietic stem cells. The gene for CXCL2 is located on human chromosome 4 in a cluster of other CXC chemokines.
