45x Ab-conjugated beads (S4P4 - NHP IL-1β Ab-bead). PN: B411115A. One vial containing 100 µL of anti-NHP IL-1β conjugated to AimPlex Bead S4P5.
25x Biotin-detection Ab (NHP IL-1β Biotin-dAb).nPN: B411115B. One vial containing 100 µL of biotinylated anti-NHP IL-1β.
Lyophilized Standard Mix-NHP Group 1 Panel B. PN: HG10011. One vial containing lyophilized recombinant Eotaxin, IL-1β, IL-1RA, IL-8, IL-12p70, IL-22, IP-10, MCP-1, MCP-3, and RANTES. Note: If multiple analyte kits on the above target list are ordered as a panel, only one vial of standard mix is supplied for those analyte kits.
Application: Optimal antibody pair and antigen standard for assaying NHP IL-1β. Can be multiplexed with other analytes in NHP Group 1. To be used in conjunction with the AimPlex NR Basic Kit (PN: P100001) and a diluent kit. Refer to the AimPlex Multiplex Immunoassay User Manual and kit inserts for the assay procedure.
Storage: 2-8 C in the dark.
Important: Sodium azide forms explosive compounds with heavy metals. These products contain <0.05% (w/w) azide which with repeated contact with lead and copper commonly found in plumbing drains may result in the buildup of shock sensitive compounds. Dispose in accordance with regulations from your institute.

Interleukin-1 beta (Accession P48090) is a member of Interleukin 1 subfamily, known for their association with acute and chronic inflammation. IL-1β secretion is different from most cytokines as it may be secreted through Golgi or ER independent processes. IL-1β acts as the key mediator in inflammatory responses and cellular activities such as proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis within the innate immune system. Over expression of IL-1 has been associated with increased risk for Alzheimer’s disease, arthritis, and other degenerative brain conditions.
