45x Ab-conjugated beads (S4P3 - Rat G-CSF Ab-bead). PN: B311153A. One vial containing 100 µL of anti-rat G-CSF conjugated to AimPlex Bead S4P3.
25x Biotin-detection Ab (Rat G-CSF Biotin-dAb). PN: B311153B. One vial containing 100 µL of biotinylated anti-rat G-CSF.
Lyophilized Standard Mix - Rat Group 1 Panel B, 12-Plex. PN: RG10012. One vial containing lyophilized recombinant rat Eotaxin, G-CSF, GM-CSF, IL-1α, IL-1β, IL-5, IL-12p70, IL-13, KC, IP-10, MIP-1α, and MIP-2. Note: If multiple analyte kits on the above target list are ordered as a panel, only one vial of standard mix is supplied for those analyte kits.
Application: Optimal antibody pair and antigen standard for assaying Rat GM-CSF/CSF-2. Can be multiplexed with other analytes in Rat Group 1. To be used in conjunction with the AimPlex Mouse/Rat Basic Kit (PN: P200201) and a diluent kit. Refer to the AimPlex Multiplex Immunoassay User Manual and kit inserts for the assay procedure.
Storage: 2-8 C in the dark.
Important: Sodium azide forms explosive compounds with heavy metals. These products contain <0.05% (w/w) azide which with repeated contact with lead and copper commonly found in plumbing drains may result in the buildup of shock sensitive compounds. Dispose in accordance with regulations from your institute.
For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.

Granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (Accession P97712) is a member of colony-stimulating factor cytokine family produced by many different cells. G-CSF can be produced by macrophages as well as fibroblasts and mesothelial and endothelial cells. As a glycoprotein, it encourages the production of granulocytes and stem cells from bone marrow. G-CSF exists in two forms: a 174 amino acid form and a 177 amino acid form. G-CSF 174 is more abundant and active. G-CSF mediates neutrophil distribution and certain functions. Recombinant G-CSF is purported to accelerate recovery for patients with certain cancers and treatments as it may increase the number of hematopoietic progenitor cells.
