45x Ab-conjugated beads (S4P3 - Rat G-CSF Ab-bead). PN: B311153A. One vial containing 100 µL of anti-rat G-CSF conjugated to AimPlex Bead S4P3.
25x Biotin-detection Ab (Rat G-CSF Biotin-dAb). PN: B311153B. One vial containing 100 µL of biotinylated anti-rat G-CSF.
Lyophilized Standard Mix - Rat Group 1 Panel B, 12-Plex. PN: RG10012. One vial containing lyophilized recombinant rat Eotaxin, G-CSF, GM-CSF, IL-1α, IL-1β, IL-5, IL-12p70, IL-13, KC, IP-10, MIP-1α, and MIP-2. Note: If multiple analyte kits on the above target list are ordered as a panel, only one vial of standard mix is supplied for those analyte kits.
STORAGE: 2-8 C in the dark.
IMPORTANT: Sodium azide forms explosive compounds with heavy metals. These products contain <0.05% (w/w) azide which with repeated contact with lead and copper commonly found in plumbing drains may result in the buildup of shock sensitive compounds. Dispose in accordance with regulations from your institute.
APPLICATION: Optimal antibody pair and antigen standard for assaying Rat GM-CSF/CSF-2. Can be multiplexed with other analytes in Rat Group 1. To be used in conjunction with the AimPlex Mouse/Rat Basic Kit (PN: P200201) and a diluent kit. Refer to the AimPlex Multiplex Immunoassay User Manual and kit inserts for the assay procedure.
For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.

Granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (G-CSF or GCSF), also known as colony-stimulating factor 3 (CSF 3), is a glycoprotein that stimulates the bone marrow to produce granulocytes and stem cells and release them into the bloodstream. Functionally, it is a cytokine and hormone, a type of colony-stimulating factor, and is produced by a number of different tissues. The pharmaceutical analogs of naturally occurring G-CSF are called filgrastim and lenograstim. G-CSF also stimulates the survival, proliferation, differentiation, and function of neutrophil precursors and mature neutrophils. Diseases associated with CSF3 include refractory anemia with excess blasts in transformation and adult lymphoma.
